Good communication. However, just another large dealership that soaks you for every dollar. Immediately tried to sell me a battery because it "Didnt have enough cold cranking amps to make a diagnosis." Just laziness. Hook up the battery tender next time and give service that benefits customers. Dealership never even got to diagnose the issue as I took the car back after this little battery game.
Always a great experience with service. They deliver consistently. I really appreciate them.
Had a ford explorer (2020) and was experiencing a lot of issues with drivetrain, motor, and transmission at 60k miles. scheduled for service and was asked to remove a “negative” review in exchange for getting the car in sooner and looked at. spent over 3 weeks combined at the shop and the dealer claimed “they didn’t find anything wrong”. we wouldn’t be wasting our time if there was nothing wrong. after 2 weeks at service got the car back did the same thing and we purchased extended warranty’s hoping we’d have the car for a l... read more
