I have nothing but a positive opinion of Kelsoe Properties. I had been renting a (very inexpensive) studio apartment from them last October when I was suddenly arrested, beginning a 7 month incarceration which just ended yesterday. The lady at the office, whose name I forgot, not Judy (who is also a complete sweetheart) but the other, was sooo kind and understanding and made sure not to "break" the lease.
