He is a slum Lord there is a fence that has been down on his property line.* Have contacted him several times and he will not take care of this situation. His assistant came took pictures and the we receive a text stating when will we be paying half of the fence.The last time the the fence was repaired my husband repaired the fence and now he's coming with more mess and the house that has been rented is on housing.Hiw can you want kids and grownups to deal with this we can enjoy our back yard because of this eye sore.
I have nothing but a positive opinion of Kelsoe Properties. I had been renting a (very inexpensive) studio apartment from them last October when I was suddenly arrested, beginning a 7 month incarceration which just ended yesterday. The lady at the office, whose name I forgot, not Judy (who is also a complete sweetheart) but the other, was sooo kind and understanding and made sure not to "break" the lease. They were honest and didn't rip me off for a single month of my not physically living there. Best of all, she said I was ... read more
