I have nothing but a positive opinion of Kelsoe Properties. I had been renting a (very inexpensive) studio apartment from them last October when I was suddenly arrested, beginning a 7 month incarceration which just ended yesterday. The lady at the office, whose name I forgot, not Judy (who is also a complete sweetheart) but the other, was sooo kind and understanding and made sure not to "break" the lease. If you are looking to move into an apartment complex where every need of yours is met, where you expect complete and competent answers to any questions you may pose about said apartments, and just looking for your quality of life to improve… I highly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere!! The only reason the Kelso property is even receiving this one star review is because you can’t give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars.
