All things considered, it was a pleasant experience. The nursing staff was kind and courteous and responded with a smile when I needed something. The facility was nice and the food was good. Dr. Kast is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner and is very skilled at what he does. Which brings me to my only bad experience: Baptist Health no longer employs Dr. Kast. Dr and staff are awesome 👌
Dr. Kast and his office staff is very professional. When you walk in the door you can feel the welcome atmosphere. When you are in the room with Dr. Kast, it's like he has been knowing you your whole life. He make the patient/family feel very comfortable.
