I saw Dr Kaspar in 2021 for issues with frequent urination. He recommended doing a Eurolift procedure. After the procedure and once the anesthesia wore off, I was in agony. Later on that day I called his office and asked for something for the intense pain. They told me they don't prescribe pain killers for the procedure and suggested Acetaminophen. I was in excruciating pain for about a week, so much so that I could barely sleep. The procedure did not help my condition at all. Dr Kaspar told me it was probably because my bla... read more
Dr. Kaspar talked about the next steps that he would recommend and why this plan would be best.
Dr. Kaspar and his staff, especially his nurse Chrissy, and Care Coordinator Kelly are Amazing! I have been a patient for almost 8 years and couldn't imagine finding a nicer, more thorough, and informative urologists office
Excellent communication and care.
I was Dr Kaspar's patient for over two years. I came to him with BPH and urinary obstruction. He recommended Urolift implants. His first attempt he failed to properly implant the devices. And, he failed to give me enough anesthesia so I was in pain the entire procedure. After months of reduced urine flow he tried again. If I could leave no stars I would. I went in for a cystoscopy and a couple of days later felt horrible. Trouble urinating and what little came out was burning. Had a fever. I called and left a message with the office shortly after they opened. Then left another message at 11:00AM. No one EVER returned my call. I ended up calling my GP and they got me in. They tried to get in touch with Dr. Kaspar's office as well to no avail. My GP sent me to the hospital to which I was admitted for 5 days and put on IV antibiotics for infec... read more
I keep getting thank you letters for being a patient. A couple of years ago there was a very nasty assistant I complained about. A month later I received a letter from that office that informed me I would no longer receive Patient Services from that office. Thea signature of Dr. Kasper looked photoshoped, not the standard letter, that I've been receiving lately. I let it go, but I keep getting these letters thanking me for being a patient. I hope that nasty women is gone. She doesn't need to work there.
@UroLift was a very uncomfortable procedure for my #BPH. The first week was difficult. Six weeks later the results are remarkable. For me, it has been life transforming. Thank you Dr. John Kaspar, Associated Urologist of North Carolina.
Doctor Kaspar is great, but I cannot fathom his care coordinator. She NEVER answers that phone and I’m constantly having to play phone tag JUST to get a freakin appointment. That’s outrageous, it’s 2018. Kelly needs to be fired and have someone who actually answers the phone calls.
