After going through physical therapy, chiropractors, etc for my back pain, I finally had an MRI and was sent to Dr Shuster for a herniated disc. From the moment my appointments were scheduled to the end, the receptionists, nurses, doctors etc were absolutely wonderful. We first agreed to try a steroid epidural first (I believe it was with Dr Powers? I can't remember his name but he was great) but I had absolutely no relief. Because of Dr. Shuster I have remained mobile. I can not tell you how much faith I have in him. He is professional and caring. Always explaining treatment and alternatives.
I was and am very disappointed and angry that I was turned down ! from Dr. Shuster. I looked up a back specialist to attend to my neck and back on going problems and found Dr. Shuster with great reviews, now I see these reviews must have been paid for to boost his profile of a so called doctor. I have legitimate problems , I have insurance and to be turned away without even being able to see his P.A. or talk to him and that I could get a name of another doctor who would help me.
