I had always steered clear of shots, especially cortisone shots. Hearing people dropping to the floor in pain.. I have chosen for alternative methods for pain. In other words, have just dealt with it. Until.. now. Fast forward to finding Dr Hong. From the consultation, and his demeanor; I felt comfortable and calm facing my fear. “It’s over”, he says. What?
