Have been a customer since 2019 and continue to use them for my flooring needs due to their exceptional customer service and quality work. We’ve used them to stain our hardwood floors, put laminate flooring in our basement and kitchen, and repair and replace flooring and subfloor after our home flooded. Cannot recommend them enough!
Set up a time to look at the house because I wanted the floors refinished. He never showed up. Never called either.
John K. Eareckson did an incredible job refinishing the hardwood floors in our new home! Wayne and his crew were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and easy to work with. In addition to refinishing the existing hardwood floors, they also removed multiple layers of flooring in our kitchen and installed brand new hardwood. We have a 90 year old home in Catonsville md that needed its hardwoods refinished. We called JKE and they were out the next day to quote our project. After receiving to other quotes one lower one higher we decided on JKE because of their experience and professionalism. We could not be more happier with our decision. Our floors are stunning now. Additional everything was kept neat and clean throughout the process. Something we were concerned about as we have very nice furniture. Great job JKE!
