As far as service goes, you may as well have a group of monkeys work on your car. They have had my Jeep Cherokee for two months, and it still doesn't work.
The overall lack of communication on timelines led us to some major headaches. I was told at drop off the part would be in next day. That was on the only timeline given to me for over a week. The final repair ended up taking two weeks. Had the pleasure of working with Davin to bring home a fresh new ride. It was a roller coaster of emotions for me, but Davin stayed cool and at one point even offered me his trash can to puke in lol. BFF’s 4life. For real. Great experience- as great as buying a new vehicle can be.
