Their so called “mechanics” have refused to help me plenty of times and I’m pretty sick of it. Every time I need help, no matter how small the issue is they refuse to do anything. I simply asked for the size of a part and they wouldn’t even tell me that information so I took my business to another Chevy dealership. At this point I wouldn’t trust a jalopy to be worked on at this dealership because they’re so lazy and incompetent. I drive 30 minutes out of town to come to this dealer for service repairs on my Charger simply because they’re the best! All of the staff is friendly in both sales and service, they offer reasonable pricing and prioritize their customers.
