I made an appointment over the phone and dropped my truck over the day before said appointment. My service consultant, Cassidy, was incredibly polite and friendly. I had a few concerns with my power windows not working, as well as a vibration. Cassidy was very quick to get back with me on what the technician had recommended. The service advisor was great. However, charging multiple times for diagnostics is crazy. Especially if by the dealership is doing to work.

I bought my car from you, so I have returned for service. While waiting for my oil change, I received a text with red alert sign. Needs immediate attention. I item failed. I opened with noticed I needed a new battery at price of $412.00. I said no, just oil change. I had my battery checked after appointment elsewhere. It was 80% good!
