My wife, Shirley Makowsky bought a new 2026 Trailblazer on 9/04/2026 from the dealership in Scottsburg. On 9/05.2026 she was in the Corydon area and had a tire going flat. She was able to make it into the John Jones Auto Group service department in Corydon. They found that the tire could not be repaired. The Service Advisor, Nathan Wilder, went out of his way to get a new tire for her. He had to send a person to Louisville to get the tire, and he and the repair person stayed late to get the repair finished. During her wait, ... read more
Their so called “mechanics” have refused to help me plenty of times and I’m pretty sick of it. Every time I need help, no matter how small the issue is they refuse to do anything. I simply asked for the size of a part and they wouldn’t even tell me that information so I took my business to another Chevy dealership. At this point I wouldn’t trust a jalopy to be worked on at this dealership because they’re so lazy and incompetent.
