I took my vehicle to John John's for repairs, Rick McWilliams and Ethan informed me I need to have installed a power steering pump,serpentine belt and AC repairs, after 2 days was told my brand of car is on recall for parts and they weren't allowed to order parts. I was presented the bill,charged $1,000 for parts and 3 hours labor,when i drove my car same results no improvement. Crooks As an ASE Master mechanic I worked there 6 years ago. They are the worst shop I have seen in 30 years of my carrier. Edgar the owner will come across as your best friend only to stick it to you, as he does his employees. Ask anyone working there for there certifications. They have none! God help you if you take your car there! May I suggest TNT Import auto in Ft. Walton Beach.
