I have had many years with Dr Wilhelm, he is extremely thorough and always gets to the very bottom of what my issue may be. He does not "sugar coat" what my problem could lead to if I don't address the situation correctly. I would highly recommend Dr Wilhelm to others.
Dr. Wilhelm does not address the issues you are there for. I do not feel that he listens to his patients. I walked out of his office today and will never go back. I don't even think he reads the charts or does any type of diagnosis. Every time you go in you are waiting an hour and a half before seeing the Dr. The one nurse is super nice,that is the only good thing that place has.
He is very unorganized and confusing. I had an afternoon appointment and waiting 75 minutes to see him. His office schedules too many appointment to collect the co pays and doesn't schedule enough time between appointments. He saw me for two appointments and scared me into think I needed surgery. I am seeking a second opinion and a new doctor.
Dr. Wilhelm is an excellent Doctor. He spends time with his patients . He shows that he cares about his patients by treating the whole patient rather than a specific diagnosis. He has years of experience and knowledge. I highly recommend his care.
The doctor doesn't seem organized.He has trouble keeping his records straight and seems to rely on his nurse. There should be a patient history to refer to, there isn't. He asks the same questions at every visit with no results.Frustrating.
