I find Dr Villa to be comprehensive in his examinations. He explains everything in great detail and will spend the time necessary to insure the patient completely understands his or her situation The latter is a real dichotomy from todays medicine, where your fortunate if you get more than 20 minutes with a Dr. Dr Villa gets high grades all around.
I have been seeing Dr. Villa for over 12 years and find him and his staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Villa is truly a great doctor and has been very helpful treating my sleep apnea. He answers all my questions and does not rush me. He was so pleasant and cheerful when he saw me in the hospital (I had Covid) as well as at my office visits. I highly recommend him.
Like other reviewers mentioned, it is impossible to talk to this doctor’s office to get an appointment. The staff here needs a basic lesson in Customer Service, and being Polite. They put you on hold as soon as they pick up the call, and the hold times are 20-30 minutes and later when they talk, they are very rude. if the call drops midway you have to start with holding again.
