I felt very uncomfortable during my last several appointments with this practice and doctor. Seemed as if he was most interested in prescribing medication vs. getting to the heart of the issue. Didn’t feel listened to whatsoever. And impossible to get an appointment when needed. I called for an emergency sick appointment and the soonest he could see me was two weeks later. And don’t get me started on the office staff. Never have I dealt with such rudeness and unprofessionalism.
Dr S is ok. He does listen and has some suggestions but the practice is generally out of date with records. I doubt they even have an EMR system and all the hand records behind the reception is good evidence beside the fact that they can’t transfer anything electronically. Takes days to get back to you if they ever get back at all. The staff isn’t very friendly. No communication what so ever..::and I really needed it with major issue I was having

Lovely office staff. Dr. Stavrakos spent 45 minutes during my initial visit. Listened to my concerns, provided explanations and is a very calm, and clearly competent physician. He truly cares about his patients. I was most impressed.
Dr. Stavrakos is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful man. He really takes the time to listen, genuinely cares about his patients and offers clear alternatives and explanations when it comes to treatments. I cannot imagine a more real, caring or approachable doctor.
