Took my mother on as a patient for hip fracture. She has brain cancer and I am her proxy. They DID NOT CALL ME TO SIT IN ON THE PHONE FOR HER CONSULT. DESPITE REPEATED CALLS TO THIS OFFICE-- THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. THEY HAVE VOICEMAIL ONLY FOR OVER A WEEK!!!!! HAVING A PATIENT WITHOUT COMPETANT REPRESE TATION IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.
