The front desk staff at the New London VA Clinic are incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They’ve been great at answering a variety of questions and helping navigate VA healthcare. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their patients and want to help. Very positive experience with this clinic!
If you love your veteran then DO NOT send them here! As an RN that has the knowledge to navigate and advocate, I have never been more appalled by such abysmal lack of care. This is my local medical clinic. I am a proud veteran of this country and this medical facility takes outstanding care of me.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00, but I mistakenly thought it was at 9:30. I arrived at 9:18 and checked in. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while other patients were seen, including an older gentleman who arrived late but was still taken in. After waiting so long, I rescheduled and came back for my appointment on time.
