Approved my lease and sounded professional on the phone. I didn't want to acknowledge the bad reviews because of the deal I was supposedly getting. Wouldn't you know, he cancels less than a week from the move-in date. This is extremely upsetting as I've invested a lot of energy into finding a new home and many sacrifices needed to be made with this place in mind. I suggest you find a different landlord.

Horrible customer service and one of their realtors Susan lies and tryd to bully the tenants. She also never shows up to showsings when she says she will.
