Doc John Hopper has without a doubt, hands down been the absolute best Doctor I have ever seen and met. He’s attentive to my problems and needs and has helped with wellness of my life
Lawsuit waiting to happen. How are you going to be a mental health facility and close for the whole week? Weird hours opened you have to leave voicemails but not more than one and hope they remember to call you back. If you don’t want business close. Happens every year like clockwork that heb doesn’t have the medicine we need and when we need to switch to a different pharmacy we can’t because they’re closed as if they’re not closed enough times during the year with their weird hours.
All was going well until Friday I was on my Appointment and I was out of medication. The Woman said that I late. And then she Hung Up on Me. So now I am out of diazepam! And 2 other medications. Malpractice?
Unreliable people weird schedules
I’ve never had such a poor experience as I have with the staff at dr hoppers office. I have been left without needed medication for over 2 weeks because of a mistake that they made. They have charged me for prescribing medication that they never prescribed. The receptionist has hung up on me twice while I’ve trying to deal with this. These people are rude, disrespectful and fraudulent. Stay away from them.
