All was going well until Friday I was on my Appointment and I was out of medication. The Woman said that I late. And then she Hung Up on Me. So now I am out of diazepam! And 2 other medications. Malpractice?
Unreliable people weird schedules
I’ve never had such a poor experience as I have with the staff at dr hoppers office. I have been left without needed medication for over 2 weeks because of a mistake that they made. They have charged me for prescribing medication that they never prescribed. The receptionist has hung up on me twice while I’ve trying to deal with this. These people are rude, disrespectful and fraudulent. Stay away from them.
I would not recommend for veterans using the Va due to their charge for prescriptions. The VA is known to mess up or lose prescriptions and they charge to resend it.
Dr Hopper is a god sent. My doctor quit due to a diagnosis. I thought it would be impossible to find a doctor that would write the prescription I take lots of doctors have cast judgement or assumed I was a addict. But I'm not I have extreme anxiety with panic attacks depression and ptsd in remission since I was 23 I was in a home invasion resulting in me having to use self defense and someone lost there life.
