They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. The doctor and the PA are the nicest , most professional, kindest people I have ever met. The office staff was responsive, everyone answered all of my questions and more. I felt confident that I was being taken care of and my health needs were very important to all of these people. I am going to tell everyone I know how great this doctor and office staff are. They allow walk in appointments also. I was even told several times that they hoped I felt better really soon!
I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here.
