Been there/ lasted two years til hit two refusals of panoramic XRs. Maximizing profit, whether cash or insurance (pretty much not accepting) they ask for unnecessary tests: at least in medicine, not in dentistry- one does not do tests do not change action. As I would not have procedures without symptoms I refuse routine XRs. Signed waiver, but private equity hunger stronger- got fired by the practice. Did not even get cleaning even though delayed two months from prev appointment. Fake ethnic friendship, sorry to say.
