I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I can only comment on Dr. Cogan and the staff at Queens Medical Center. Dr. Cogan literally saved my husbands life by performing an emergency cardiac catheterization and stent placement. While my husband was in a medically-induced coma from his heart attack, Dr. Cogan calmly and patiently told me what was happening and all through the night the doctors and nurses in the Cardiac Care Unit were amazing.
