Dr Smart was world class. I suspected I had a problem, he thought it was something else and wouldn’t ya know he was right! He explained everything clearly, gave me excellent guidance on how to proceed and seemed genuinely caring and engaged. Additionally, there was a scheduling problem on SOS end and they did everything within reason to accommodate me for care and I am VERY pleased to say we made it work. Dr. Smart listened to all my concerns answered all my questions. Together we came up with a game plan that best works for me.
Dr Clarke is thorough and explains very well when you have questions, and in terms I understand. He also gives options if you are hesitant about surgery, for which I was grateful. Sometimes it takes a bit to wrap your head around the fact that a piece of Your body is going to be replaced with a metal prosthetic.
I first met Dr. Clarke in 2019 for a knee replacement. I was thrilled that he was a 'straight shooter' and didn't play games with my injury. Great Dr. and great cate.
Although Dr. smart was running behind schedule, in no way, did he make me feel I would be rushed. He listened intently and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, given my narrative, he discouraged me from pursuing surgery in the near future, in spite of the fact that, at some point down the road, a joint replacement will likely be necessary.
I had a great experience with Dr. Clark, he's extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my upcoming procedure and the benefits and risks. I would highly recommend him as he is an extremely good surgeon with a history of very good outcomes.
Dr. Clarke is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job with my hip replacement surgery. Follow up after the surgery was awesome, I never felt like I was left wondering about anything. The support from SOS throughout the process was great!
Dr. Smart took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the surgery I would need. He was patient, kind, ,and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Clarke replaced my right hip in2010 and my left knee in 2014.Both with excellent results that have allowed me to remain fully mobile these past 15 years. I highly recommend him.
