I saw Mark Buchanan on Monday, June 16th, for help with prostatitis symptoms, and it was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. His assistant was rude and unprofessional. Been there 3 times to see Margaret Bryant. All 3 times I had to wait over 40 minutes then another 15 minutes to see her. Last time I told her about this wait. She became rude and defensive. She could have cared less. You should never be treated like this in any doctor's office. Moved on.
Got a vasectomy done recently and he talked with me throughout the entire procedure..very comforting, reassuring and professional! Great guy!
Thanks to Dr. Brandi I was able to get my colostomy reversed. There was issues with having a special urinary catheter inserted and without him, my colon rectal surgeon would not do the surgery. Dr. Brandli showed up for my schedule colon surgery to take care of my issue. The surgery took place. I was so grateful to him. Horrible and Horrific Experience Dr. Mark Buchanan cares more about money than caring for patients in extreme pain with kidney stones. If you cannot pay your deposit for surgery at Lowcountry Ambulatory Surgery Center in full, WATCH OUT! After making a large deposit, Dr. Buchanan himself came out to the waiting room before my daughter’s surgery and berated me and my daughter demanding that a credit card be placed on file for the remaining balance. I am very dissatisfied with the care that i was provided. I had what should have been a simple procedure done that turned out to be anything but simple. His initial appointment was rushed and he was not thorough at all. Do not recommend!
She listened to my concerns and explained and understood my concerns with rectocele, cytocele and cervix prolapse and incontinence. I had a Medronic neuro stimulator placed by another physician. I highly recommend her.
