Dr. Isaac and his staff @ Willowbrook Cardiology have been great! He takes the time to listen and answers all of my questions in plain english that I can understand. He is a busy Physician, and sometimes I end waiting a bit longer than I'd like in the waiting room, but I understand other patients have questions they want answers to, so I wait. His support staff have been great also, even the team members doing the stress testing! Randy
Everything I look for in a doctor--shows highest levels of concern, candor, and competence. I consider him the best doctor I've ever dealt with regardless of specialty. Wait times can be a little long if you're in a hurry to get back to work, but the level of care is simply top of the line in my opinion.
My experience was poor from the first visit through the last. The wait time was intolerable, and the office staff was rude and unhelpful. The cost for procedures was significantly more than other doctors in the area charge and I have spent hours trying to sort out the errors in my bill. Finally, the doctor completely forgot the purpose for my visit between the diagnostic procedure and the follow up. After tremendous expense and effort, I am still unsure about my heart health.
I have been a patient of Dr. Isaac since I was 35 (15+ years). I think he is an excellent cardiologist!! He now sees my sons and my husband as well. Highly intelligent and very knowledgeable. He listens and I think he truly cares about his patients. He explains what my disorders are, what they cause, and how the medicine works to treat them. His practice is very, very busy which can make wait times very long sometimes. For me, the wait is well worth the exceptional patient care he provides.
Brilliant, responsive, inspiring! After reviewing my monitor results, Dr I called late PM. He cleared appts. for next AM, to potentially implant a pacemaker for my low heart rate, multiple missed beats, and a congenital heart murmur. Dr. I. reviewed family health history, my dedicated work-out regimen, and successful results of extensive tests (incl. echo, EKG, and stress test), concluding no pacemaker was warranted! Impressive attention to detail and critical thinking to adjust course!
Office staff is disorganized, dishonest, and can't keep up with payments, fails to schedule test ordered by doctor. Wait time is 2-3 hours in front office, then another 45-60 minutes in waiting, finally when Dr. Isaac sees you, he spares about 5-7 minutes of his time, and leaves you clueless as to how your results turned out.
Dr. Issac is a great cardiologist but his wait time are intolerable. And it seems that they are just getting worse. He is thorough and extremely bright and has a terrific bedside manner. I just wish you didn't have to spend a half day waiting for an appointment. Its discouraging since i don't think there are many who are better!
Wait times are ridiculously long - 2 1/2 to 3 hours. No one, especially my 87 year old mother should have to wait this long. We are changing cardiologists.
