My experience with this doctor has been non-existence. It took them over a year to finally provide me with the test needed for my diagnosis. Actually they had me take a battery of test before they would perform the test that I needed. My condition was diagnosed in the ER well before I was given the test to confirm my illness. This office had me scheduled and canceled twice for important procedures. Please do not waist your time or money here.

You never get to see the doctor. You only see the certified PA who doesn’t know much of anything. Wait times are ridiculous. I would not recommend anybody go to him.

Dr. Delgado was pleasant enough. However, I learned that his staff charged me for two co-pays that I should not have been charged - colonoscopy 100% covered by my insurance. I was charged co-pay for consult and follow-up. Today my insurance company confirmed that was wrong and now I am pursuing a refund.

Writing this review on behalf of my father. He admitted himself to the ER mid afternoon on a Friday after experiencing extreme abdominal pain for 3-4 days. He was told he had to stay overnight and speak to a Gastro Inestinal Specialist (enter Dr. Delgado) to get to the bottom of the issue. In the meantime, he was told that he could not eat or drink anything until he saw Dr. Delgado. I don't know about anybody else but he has treated me several times an l think he was very professional, and he showed me on every visit that he's care about his patients. I give in my eyes a 100%

I never did see the doctor although I had a scheduled appointment with dr. Delgado. I seen the nurse practitioner. if I could give this place 0 stars for the office staff professionalism I definitely would.I would not recommend anybody to come to this office if they are looking for any type of professionalism from the office staff. I seen the nurse practitioner once and I needed some medicine because I was feeling nauseous and when I called and spoke with Alessandra she advised me I wasn't the only patient and hung up on me.... read more

The office staff here is very rude, arrogant and quite disrespectful. I was not feeling well and called to see if the nurse practitioner could help and I was told i?m not the only patient here and hung up on me.

I was scheduled for a consultation With Doctor. John Delgado, on 5/30/2019.at his office 2019 Swann Ave. in Tampa. I waited 45 minutes to be seen even though there were no other patients in the office. A PA came and told me that Doctor Delgado was not in the office. She asked what I needed and I told her that my cardiologist wanted Doctor Delgado to evaluate my esophagus before I had a TEE. The PA said she would schedule me for the procedure. The office calls me the day before to reschedule my 1st appointment due to the provider no longer being available. So I had to reschedule 2 weeks later. When I arrived to my 2nd appointment the office staff advised me that there was no provider there and I would have to make another appointment. She wa adamant that she called me the day before and left a message, however there were no calls or message in my cell history.
