Was told repeatedly to call about my case after emailing them back and forth about me not having my own phone number. Apparently that doesn’t matter and im supposed to steal a phone at the earliest convenience to talk to them. I do call them when I am able to borrow a phone and get told “im outta here” and hung up on due to “lack of cooperation” when I have repeated that I do not have a phone number due to the accident that required me to need a lawyer.
