LONG WAIT
I've been with Dr. Leigh for more than a year and have spent only a few minutes with the doc himself (you know how that goes in conventional medicine!). My primary interface is through his nurse and I've had many interactions with her online and on the phone and my consistent experience with her is that I perceive terseness with each interaction and delayed responses (on occasion no response without my follow-up days later) to my questions regarding my treatment plan. I needed back surgery in May. I made an appointment to get my PreOp labs and test done to send to the hospital that was doing the surgery. I could barely walk but they would not fax the info. I made 3 or 4 trips to ask them to please send the information so I could be scheduled for the surgery. I was in so much pain but information got to the hospital in August. That was not very caring nor considerate. Not happy at all. One front office staff member helped me without an attitude and with respect.

He is considerate and approachable. He is available to discuss all aspects of my care and open to discussion. Quite a difference from my previous PCP.
I went to Dr Leigh because he could OK my pilot's license. I really like him. I have 2 degrees in Bio and a certificate in vet tech so I know a bit about medicine. He really knows and keeps up with what is happening. I am always impressed when I ask questions and talk about new info I read about.
I have been seeing Dr. Leigh for approximately 3 years and during that time I have found him to be an excellent doctor. He generally spends more time with me than I have experienced with other doctors and he does an excellent job of explaining medical terms, procedures, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Leigh
