Talked on the phone and email with Joshua. Paid for a 2020 outback and flew down from up north to pick it up. Sorted all the paperwork online so it would be ready to go when we got to Perth as we were short on time. Car wasn’t ready, wasn’t even washed or detailed! Also organised for the car to have fuel in it, fuel light was on. Got a tow bar fitted and asked for a 7pin flat, it had a 7pin round fitted Rear window wiper is also missing.
