John Hubert came by to look at our job and was very nice, knowledgeable and seemed professional. We had scheduled time for him to come and do a formal assessment the following week, to then perform the fix work 2 days after that. On the first day he was expected to arrive he never showed up, and has ignored all phone calls, text, and emails since. Very frustrating wasting a week expecting and trusting someone to do the work, and then they never show.
Got quote for a job, said he would come by and measure window parts then never did, said he would come by every other day over call, and just never happen.... Wasted time just before winter with broken windows
John showed up an hour after we called, did a quick inspection of the roof, and gave us advice about how to resolve the problem. Very professional and prompt!

I had a leak in my roof that urgently needed repair. John answered the phone right away when I called and agreed to come out and look at it the next day. He assessed the problem and took photos of the entire roof to show me the exact places where there were issues and what needed to be repaired. He gave me an estimate for the price and because there was a storm forecasted he came out the very next day to do the repairs.
