I bought a used white 2011 **** Ranger May 2024. I made it back to sign documents with ******. The first thing he put in front of me was service packet. False advertisement they had the vehicle listed as a ***** blazer premiere when actually it was just a ***** blazer. Big difference. Do your research before buying a vehicle from them. check the vehicle over thoroughly for dents and scratches and dings in the windshields. Because no matter what they will not make it right. I tried to return the vehicle within five days after purchasing it and they informed me that thats not possible because the title has already been issued.

The reason you buy used car at dealership is because they keep the best trades and do minor reconditioning for resale. You typically have a good car without problems. I bought my car a couple of weeks ago. Thought I had a nail but found about 1/2 inch inside tire diameter was worn down to wire threads all the way around. Lucky I didn't go on a road trip. I really truly enjoyed my experience at John Holt. It's unlike any dealership I've been too, they are fast, friendly and honest. Holt is a funny guy. It's worth the drive
free tires for life was a scam. I proceeded by their aligned requirement yet when tire malgfunctuned growing bubble on side of tire I was DENIED replacement being told garuntee did not cover side, only tred. but By what I read it covers TIRE without any description as to where. * I demand refund of $92.oo. Last Year we bought a 2010 Traverse from John Holt (we wanted to do business where we live). "Triple B" talked fast and made lots of Promises. We bought the car, were NOT given the price they quoted as they buried in "the way they had to do things". The DVD player they instaled for my three kids still does NOT work correctly. My seat belt malfuntioned the first week I had the Traverse now the laumbar support is stuck on the passengers seat and other dealers can't get to it until almost a week. But I will wat.
