Out of all the apartments I have lived this one has been the best! I had to leave before my lease was up for work, but if I ever go back to Dallas, I’m definitely moving back here. Maintenance was great, communication was great, the place was so peaceful and quiet and the lay out of the apartments were amazing. It’s been 4 years and I still miss living there.
By needed to move in a hurry after tragic circumstances. I'm so glad I found John Holmes & Co. because they had really cute options in east Dallas, my ideal choice of location. As coincidence would have it, I learned that my mom was renting from him when she and my dad met in 1987. His entire team is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend John Holmes & Co to anyone looking for a rental. My husband and I have lived in our unit for over a decade and they have always taken great care of us. We've had a few downstairs neighbors in that time and they all say the same. Maintenance is unparalleled - my fridge went out today, and a technician was knocking on my door within 10 minutes. Any issue we or our neghbors have had is always addressed the same day with courteous and trustworthy professionals.
I recommend John Holmes & Company to anyone and everyone who is in Dallas looking for places with charm and character and it’s a company run by the sweetest people/family. They genuinely CARE about their tenants, they view us as people not just numbers or rental payments. Cannot speak highly enough. We rented from JHCO for 2+ years and enjoyed our experience 100%. They are very friendly, prompt, and I appreciate the family business aspect. They take care of their properties with necessary updates while still maintaining the charm. It's really hard to find a personable property management company in Dallas nowadays. The other bad reviews here should not discourage you from this company.
