We have trusted Senior Service Advisor Luis Romero with our vehicles for years and will continue to do so. He is honest, kind, and truly looks for the best way to help us. Cars are stressful, to buy, to have worked on, period. We are still driving our 2004 Acura TL thanks to the John Hinderer service department. Luis makes the process a lot less stressful and we consider him a friend. As long as Luis is there, we’ll be back.
Absolutely absurd. Have brought my car here for the third time and returning home with a new issue. The first time they caused my tired to get carve out by a screw and out tire blew on the road. Do not take your car here. You'll have to keep bringing it back. They won't let you know if theres something that needs fixed on your car, you have to know the issue exists and request them to fix it.

Been a customer for almost a decade, and have referred several people to john hinderer. Went to get a routine oil change, they stripped out the bolt and ruined my oil pan. $100 oil change turned into $900. Service Driector Zack refused to take responsibility, because he "didn't feel like it was their fault" refused to work with me even though they are the only shop to have ever done an oil change on my vehicle since purchase.
Absolutely unacceptable service! I would give zero stars if I could! I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD with just 10,000 miles on it that I brought in to John Hinderer Honda for service this week. I had to wait over two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back there were greasy fingerprints all over the drivers door panel, steering wheel, screen, seat controls, and hood release.
