Couldn't figure out the problem with my leaking steering pump. They never reached out to me to update me and were IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They kept saying the part they got was bad and kept reordering and saying the same thing. Then after a week with my car they said there wasn't an issue with the existing pump (they were wrong, and I eventually got it fixed elsewhere where they quickly found it) so they put it back on and told me to pick up my car. We have trusted Senior Service Advisor Luis Romero with our vehicles for years and will continue to do so. He is honest, kind, and truly looks for the best way to help us. Cars are stressful, to buy, to have worked on, period. We are still driving our 2004 Acura TL thanks to the John Hinderer service department. Luis makes the process a lot less stressful and we consider him a friend. As long as Luis is there, we’ll be back.

Absolutely absurd. Have brought my car here for the third time and returning home with a new issue. The first time they caused my tired to get carve out by a screw and out tire blew on the road. Do not take your car here. You'll have to keep bringing it back. They won't let you know if theres something that needs fixed on your car, you have to know the issue exists and request them to fix it.

Been a customer for almost a decade, and have referred several people to john hinderer. Went to get a routine oil change, they stripped out the bolt and ruined my oil pan. $100 oil change turned into $900. Service Driector Zack refused to take responsibility, because he "didn't feel like it was their fault" refused to work with me even though they are the only shop to have ever done an oil change on my vehicle since purchase.
