He can have a conversation with you about your car to the level of your knowledge, so as the customer doesn't feel overwhelmed by technical terms. I ended up going to the wrong John Hiester dealer to pick up my car. Austin saw me and was very hospitable. He let me sit at his desk and offered me coffee. Great great service even though I wasn’t buying a car from him. I’ve seen other salesman turn away when they know they won’t get your business. Austin deserves a bonus Mr. Hiester. You have a good human working for you. Additionally, their complimentary coffee bar was excellent!

EXPRESS LANE services were outstanding! Fast efficient service, kind employees. They let you know things that are concerning as well for the future, so things are not unexpected which is really handy when you know very little about cars. Thanks for the help Shay and Jonathan!
