I cannot thank the team at John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram enough for helping me through a very stressful situation with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. After dealing with a PTU (Power Transfer Unit) failure and receiving conflicting information elsewhere, I contacted John Hiester looking for answers. Very professional. Kept me informed by text of the status of my jeep. Had a courtesy vehicle on-site to take me back home while my jeep was being repaired.

I had a great experience while buying my new vehicle, here! I just had my first scheduled service done, and it was an easy and painless experience. These folks are great! Update May '26: Another routine service done at the dealership; another great job by the Hiester folks! Jeep had a minor software recall, and they took care of that, too. Communication, work done, and everyone was great once again!
Overall it was a great experience, however after he changed my airbag my battery was dead. I'm going to have to get my neighbor to help give me a jump. Not sure how that happened.
