My only disappointment is having to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. You are booking them every 15 minutes. There is no way a vehicle can be driven inside, work performed, and then be driven back outside and paperwork completed in 15 minutes. In essence, your service advisors and scheduling crews are lying to the customers. While I know you don't really care that I am waiting for 3 hours, the talk in the waiting room was not very favorable.
Very professional and friendly
My service was completed on time and with no issues. I'm really impressed with the maintenance video feature and Jennifer is always a pleasure to work with.
Better than the first two times.
