Truck was fixed quickly Service staff was exceptional
The Service department is great every time. The sales and Manager departments need work to include Mr. Tripp and Mr. Hiester.
I was able to get my car in last minute for service and to resolve a key problem. John got everything resolved quickly. Another great visit at John Hiester!!
We took it in for an oil change and tire rotation and that is exactly what we got done. No pressure to do anything else that may or may not be needed. And they reminded us that our 100,000 mile maintenance was coming up so we’ve already booked the appointment for that to be done. Great customer service.
