We were getting a home equity loan and at the last minute, the company told us that we needed to have window well covers to complete the home appraisal. I looked online and found window well covers by John Henry. The great reviews caught my eye. The next day, which was right before Christmas, my husband called and they were able to get us some installed the next day! John was so nice, helpful and the best all around! John and his crew did an amazing job on our window well covers! The craftsmanship is solid, price was fantastic, and they made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Our home feels safer and looks better thanks to their work. Highly recommend!
Stop shopping around and go with John Henry! He was easy to work with and very thorough. The window well covers fit perfectly and are well made. He is by far the least expensive from the many quotes we got. Since he's a one man show it does take a little longer to get them but that wasn't a big deal for us.
John was very on top of our window well cover and getting it finished for us. He went above and beyond to help get it to us and even helped with installation. It was a wonderful experience and we would go through John again!
