Dr. Harkoor is the best surgeon EVER! He is the kind of doctor you always hope to find! His technical skills were certainly confirmed when he had to rebuild my shoulder on December 13, 2023. Dr. Haskoor gave me a new shoulder! Not only did he save my shoulder, but he also restored my sanity! Prior to the surgery I was in constant pain, and I had a very poor quality of life.
