Great service!! Car was finished before what was stated.. very professional.. Taylor is amazing went above and beyond!!! Great work!! Highly recommend!!!
Very poor customer service I never had an establishment say will have to call you back we are to busy just to make an appointment to get an estimate on my car. I had work done on my car before a couple years back and the techs did a great job. It’s just the clerks and the employees who answer the phone that need to do better there messing it up for the employees doing the repair.
They always do excellent work!
Matt and his team were excellent. He explained everything of what would be done and long how it would take to repair my car. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend anyone to Gerber Collison on Farrow road.
The company was very thorough and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process with my vehicle. The best part was not only did I get my vehicle before projected finish date, she looked amazing, couldn’t tell she was wrecked at all!
