Stephanie helped me create a custom piece of jewelry that now holds a glass bead containing fragments of my husband's ashes. Shout out to Arvin, who helped me make one of the toughest decisions, picking out an engagement ring. Arvin was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. It took me several visits to look and look again and make the big decision, but through it all Arvin made the experience at John Hardy very pleasurable. Will definitely shop there again.
I have contacted customer service several times and this company will not provide any refunds for my recent purchase brand new and never worn. The item was too big for my wrist and they are requesting for me to buy a different item for me to receive my refund back which is ridiculous. They have ruined my birthday present surprise and I am extremely disappointed in John Hardy. Thank you for ruining my birthday.
