Stephanie at JH provided an exceptional sales experience. She is very knowledgeable of the collection, which makes it easier when making a purchase. Every time we visit NY, we make it a point to stop by, and over time, she’s learned which pieces are best suited for us. Excellent experience at John Hardy working with Stephanie. I went to the store looking for a particular bracelet-she helped me right away, took time to tell me the story behind the piece, and showed me some other bracelets but without any pressure. I left without making a decision, and when I called a few days later to have her send it, she sent the bracelet right away. Really excellent customer service from her and a pleasure to deal with, so in the future I’ll go back to shop with her instead of online.
