Bad news. I would love to sue him.
It is difficult to describe the frustration with this company. The lack of communication can be explained when it is busy. The lack of quality work could be explained if it was a blind person with no construction experience. The way he was unprofessional could be explained by a lack of openness to anger control classes. Combine all that with constant increasing of costs and you have a perfect storm. There are many professional companies out there, this is not one of them. Please find another. I wish I had.
