John has been amazing to work with. He is very laid back, accommodating, and honest. We used him to buy and sell our last house and will use him again. 10/10 recommend.
Very poor communication. Don't fix problems in the apartment I had to tape my bathroom window in cuz it completely fell out and when I told them about it they told me to put a work order in on the app and it never got fixed and I was at my place for over a year and they listed my place as a 2 bedroom and it's only a 1 bedroom with 2 rooms in the attic but the attic has no heaters or nothing and downstairs on the main floor there could be a room made into a room but then u wouldn't have any doors.
