He's incompetent as a court appointed lawyer. After two yrs. of court dates his assistant told me that Mr. Read doesn't even know who I am. He didn't read my discovery & believed what people said rather than what the paperwork stated. The Assistant D.A. had to step in & intervene.
My uncle has him as a defense attorney he's had court 30times,only talked to him once.I understand if you don't have the money you get what is given to you,but this is unacceptable as a lawyer these are people's lives we are talking about!
