The office is very clean and staff is amazing. Dr. Paul is caring and gentle. The best experience I've had at any dental office.
Please read this review! When I started my appointments at Smile dentistry everything started well everyone was kind and very helpful including Dr Paul. I've been going there for cleanings and other work that I needed for my teeth. Then I stopped going because there was alot going on and money was tight for a bit. Carla the office manager . Is not very well at dealing with veterans with disabilities. After a few rude emails from her not understanding I wasn’t able to fill out her forms and electronically send them back. Which has never been a requirement from and other community care i have seen. I called to see if i could explain better . Boy was that a mistake. Because i was frustrated with the lack of understanding and was talking loudly on the phone as she talked over me no profanity no abusive language . She took that personally ... read more
