Dr Lee was amazing. I had my right rotator cuff/bicep surgery with him 2 years ago and my left done a year ago. Because of him I’m able to live a normal life again without pain! He is Amazing! The Hinsdale staff has always been so warm and friendly. They are all so great! I would recommend to my family and friends!
First off, before I continue, thank you to Dr Lee & staff, & the great help; I do appreciate you. However, I'm upset with the front desk at hinsdale today. I called to say I'd be late & they said as long as not longer than 15 mins. I went to desk right at or just before 15mins because I got turned around in the area, & went to the wrong building & my spine was acting up so I needed someone to take me & I was already not doing well. Absolutely terrible doctor. My mom had scheduled knee surgery which got cancelled by insurance due to his misdirection. She has been in excruciating pain. After appealing the decision, we finally got a notice of a hearings date months later and confirmed with Dr. Lee’s office as he was required to be present. The day came and we were on the phone with insurance reps, insurance doctors, judge, and no Dr Lee. They called him multiple times during the meeting and left voicemails… he never got back. Dr. Lee is one of the BEST doctors I have seen. I was sent to him for what other doctors thought was a shoulder issue and Dr. Lee immediately recognized it as a neurological issue and made sure I was seen by a neurologist a.s.a.p. If it wasn’t for him I would have permanently lost the use of my left arm and possibly worse. Thank you for everything Dr. Lee!!
This doctor wanted to cut on me and send me home the same day. He was going to give me a kidney stone operation and wanted to just cut me, he didn't let me know about laser surgery which I had at another hospital with another doctor. My opinion he was just looking at things through a financial gain.
