Dr. Lee was very nice and professional. He explained the procedure he was going to perform in detail. I was happy to have him as my surgeon for my first procedure.

Why schedule an appointment time when every single time I have to wait 20+ minutes? I understand that it's a doctor's office but I don't feel they have any respect for people's time here. One time they put me in a room for 43 minutes with no one checking on me, it was a 3 minute check in. Dr. Lee did great on my shoulder, but I had more pleasure dealing with the post op than I do coming to this office.
