Awesome The doctors and staff were very friendly and helpful. From the time i walked through the door to the time i walked out, they helped with every little need I had. The doctor explained even the simple things to me that I didn't understand. When I was ordering my glasses the doctor escorted me over to meet the optician and she gave me a big variety of glasses that I loved and more. Great Experience My experience at Optical Gallery was one of the best. Scheduling my appointment was very convenient. The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and professional, the doctor was very nice and I left the office with all my questions answered pertaining to my contacts and the health of my eye. They'll Rob You Blind! I haven't visited in 3 yrs & didn't know if I wanted contacts or glasses. Upfront, they tried to make me sign a contract that if they examined me for contact I would have to pay a $125 fitting even if I decided to purchase them from their office or not. I didn't appreciate getting locked into this deal up front and decided to find another Dr. that was more understanding to my needs and less expensive on contact fittings. I agree, they are too expensive...trying to lock you into a contact lense contract... read more
reconsider Like the office and friendly staff but very expensive! spent triple what i would have spent at other locations.
I couldn't be happier with my choice. I love this clinic. They were able to see me right away for an eye exam. They were so friendly and served refreshments in the large, comfortable waiting area. I didn't have to wait long at all. They were so thorough. They had the latest, up-to-date technology and they performed eye tests that I had never had done before, nor knew existed. I felt so comfortable here. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be choosing them to do my lasik surgery also.
