Very professional and caring. He takes the time to go over everything with you.
His office workers charged me with 598 for cystoscopy and told me to claim my insurance for reimbursement but my insurance declined and said the main reason for declining is that the doctor supposed to get a prior authorization from them but they didnt now that the procedure is done i m not treated good and minus 600 bucks. Still gets UTI all the time! Sucks. Never going back. I would like to get reimbursed for 598! Or else im making claim to OR DHS, and then more! No ethics! Could do anything for money! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Explained the procedure and what to expect, including how he was going to be doing it. He was concise and used easy to understood language. He did not rush and took his time even though we were running late.
Doc Gunselman was my doc years ago. I found him again and he agreed to take me on as a patient since my Gresham doctors refused to treat my issues. I am relieved I finally have a doc who can and will take care of my issues.
