We moved all of our insurance to John Gunn last year. We've known him for years but had previously used another acquaintance who was with Progressive. Knowing John's integrity and character were instrumental in 'testing the waters' and procuring a quote from him for both Auto and Home. We were pleasantly surprised when the quotes were not only competitive but we actually were able to get better and more coverage for a little less than the other insurance. Moved our insurance to State Farm with John for lower rates. We recently had to file our first claim and the entire transaction was seamless between State Farm, the repair shop and rental car company. John personally contacted us during and after the work was completed to make sure we were taken care of and were happy with the work which isn't something you see often in the insurance business.
