I had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to receive care from a team that truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend this practice.
Dismissed me as a patient over a year ago because my fiance left a bad review. He saw me in his office for a check up, and after he left, came back in and confronted my fiance about the review. I had no idea he had wrote it! Richard then looked at me and said that it would be best that I not come back to his practice.
