**EDITED REVIEW** Dr. Safran called after this post to review to further explain what had happened. This was greatly appreciated. His office communicated "Trust" incorrectly. However after Dr. Safran Spent time speaking with Cigna he agrees I did have coverage for all but one part of the procedure. This is a huge difference from what was explained at the front desk. Taking the time to listen to what a patient is trying to explain and verifying w/the carrier makes a huge difference. This didn't have to be this way. If they wo... read more
