Forgotten in exam room twice! My insurance was billed double amount I was quoted and I am stuck paying the difference. Phone calls rarely returned, and the person I need to talk to is never available, no longer has voice mail, does not have email, or no longer works there . Really?? I have been trying since the first of the year to get my billed straightened out and all they do is blame my insurance. No insurance issues anywhere else. Like Dr Hoffman but office staff cost him 2 loyal patients.

I just cut my finger on a sharp rusty thing. Called Dr. Hoffman's office to make an appointment to get a tetanus shot. The soonest they can get me in is next week. It's Monday. I think it's time for a new doctor. So sad because I love the doctors, but now I'm having to spend a fortune on Care Now to get my tetanus shot.

BEWARE of EVERY LITTLE thing they do in the office. Over the past few years, I've had nothing but great experiences at HFPA. They are almost always on time and everyone who works there has always been very kind. However, one of the things I use to love about them was that they were open on Saturdays which changed a little while back. I have been going to Dr. Hoffman's office for 3 years now. I have only actually seen Dr. Hoffman once since being a patient. He has a brigade of Phsycians Assistants that see all the patients. I have to go in every 6 months for blood work because of hyper tension. The last time I was there they charged me $162 to sit with the PA for 5 mins because I received "special care". When asked what the special care was no one could answer me. Now they are asking for another $160. Rip Off!! See a real MD!
We have had multiple bad experiences with this office and it never gets better. TERRIBLE about calling you with results. HORRIBLE about sending the referrals out as promised. I waited 2 MONTHS wait to find out I had cancer all because they kept saying they sent a referral and hadn't. Hoffman is friendly but impossible to get an appointment with. The front office staff is not good, they don't know what's going on. They once left me in a room for over an hour because they thought I had been seen!!
I would not recommend for anybody. This office is horrible for numerous reason. From calling with test results, to making referrals, to the professionalism of staff in general. There are way to many other dr's out there, that care about their patients. Not just your money at the window. And not to mention getting to see Dr. Hoffman himself. And he isn't in office on Friday's.

This place is a joke appointment times mean nothing. We wait well over an hour to get called back. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Looking for new DR.

I have used Dr Hoffman for years. But haven't need care for two years. Called last week 9/9/2016 to make an appointment for bad congestion. The Receptionist said i was considered a new patient for being gone so long. So they could not see me that soon. Very disappointed i had to take my insurance card and business elsewhere. Won't be going back plain to see your health is not there main concern. Donald Burleson
We live 120 miles round trip from the doctor's office. They want us to make a trip the week before our appointments to have lab work done. This is 2 120 mile trips in 2 weeks. if the results are satisfactory then a phone call would be fine. If they are not then you can return to talk with the doctor if you have labs and see him at the same time. They did offer to send the orders to a lab close to us, but this will could result in another copay. This is a policy and they will not change.
