Very friendly staff
To say I was thrilled with my purchase of a high quality 2017 F-150 would be an understatement! Gabriel and Kevin were amazing to deal with and they did everything to make sure the purchase happened seamlessly! The pricing was excellent, service was top notch, and I will be going back to Grappone in the future! We are a Ford family and Grappone values the Ford brand and we could not be happier!

Upfront pricing, no pesky finance managers and a terrific sales staff were so awesome! The sales manager Kevin worked hard to get me the best rate, they offer mobile service, pickup and delivery in a local radius and there’s even fresh popcorn!! I’ve been buying from the Grappone family since 2000 and can’t imagine going elsewhere especially after the horror stories I’ve heard from others shopping at traditional dealerships!
